In order to best service my clients, I ask that you give 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be responsible for 50% of the original service. A cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a charge of 100% of the original service. If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment or cancel the same day you will be charged 100% of the originally scheduled service. Furthermore, I will not reschedule your appointment until the full balance is paid. In the event you are not fully satisfied with your hair I will make minor adjustments within 7 days of your appointment. I do not offer refunds on services. All credit card transactions will have a 3.5% processing fee. By scheduling with me you agree to these policies. Sick Policy: If you are feeling under the weather or have been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case. I ask that you reschedule and/or cancel within policy guidelines. Failure to reschedule and/or cancel your appointment within the cancellation policy guidelines will result in 100% of the cost for your services scheduled. I am not responsible for any loss(es)and/or damage(s). Please be conscious of what you wear to appointments in the event of color/chemical transfer.
